HBI President Honored
The President of our Board of Directors, Judge Roy Wheatley King, and his wife Lucille were recently honored in the Summer 2012 issue of Roberts Today, the alumni magazine of Roberts Wesleyan College where Roy serves on the Board of Trustees.
As the article notes, “Giving is an ethic that was instilled in Judge King during his time as an attorney, as he was encouraged to take on pro-bono cases and to use his skills as an attorney to give back to his community. Today, the structure of non-profit organizations appeals to King: when he invests in a non-profit, he is investing in individual lives in the same way that his son’s character and life philosophy was shaped by his time at Roberts.” We agree wholeheartedly. Congratulations, Roy and Lucille!
